My Current Role at People Tech Group

I am currently working as a Digital Marketer Intern at People Tech Group, where I play an active role in building and enhancing the brand’s digital presence. My responsibilities span Social Media Optimization (SMO), Research Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Telecalling Marketing, giving me the opportunity to work across multiple channels and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end digital marketing.
In Social Media Optimization (SMO), I manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. My day-to-day activities include creating engaging posts, planning and scheduling content calendars, monitoring trends, and interacting with the audience. By analyzing metrics like reach, impressions, and engagement rates, I continuously refine campaigns to increase visibility and build a loyal online community.
Content creation is a key part of SMO. I work on designing graphics, writing captions, and developing strategies that resonate with the target audience. This allows the brand to maintain a consistent online voice while attracting potential customers with meaningful and relevant content.
In Research Marketing, I conduct detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience research. This helps identify new opportunities, understand customer behavior, and shape marketing campaigns that are both relevant and effective. Data-driven insights from research play a vital role in decision-making and ensure that every campaign has a strategic foundation.
Working on Influencer Marketing, I collaborate with content creators and influencers who align with the brand’s vision. I identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and coordinate campaigns that amplify brand awareness. Influencer collaborations not only extend reach but also help build trust and credibility among new audiences, contributing significantly to overall brand growth.
Telecalling Marketing complements my digital strategies. By reaching out to potential clients directly, I help generate leads, explain our services, and nurture client relationships. This personal touch ensures that the brand can connect with audiences beyond social media, providing a holistic marketing approach that integrates both digital and direct methods.
I also track and analyze the performance of all campaigns using tools and analytics. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversions, and engagement helps me understand what works and what needs improvement. This iterative approach ensures campaigns are optimized for maximum results and ROI.
This role allows me to combine creativity with strategic thinking. Managing multiple channels, coordinating campaigns, and implementing marketing strategies has strengthened my problem-solving and project management skills. I constantly learn from feedback and adapt to new digital trends, which keeps my approach fresh and effective.
